2. What we collect

The information you enter into the check: your agency name, business type and size, your answers to the questionnaire, and — if you provide it — your email address. We do not ask for the personal data of your own clients, and you should not enter it.

3. Why we use it

To generate your AML readiness assessment and the document drafts you request, to deliver those documents (including by email), and to take payment where you purchase a plan. The legal basis is performance of a contract and your consent.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; they are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Storage and retention

Your check and generated documents are stored so you can return to them via your link. We keep them only as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Sharing

We use a small number of processors to run the service (hosting, AI document generation, email delivery and payments). We do not sell your data.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

The documents vrisk generates are automated drafts and do not constitute legal or regulatory advice. They should be reviewed by your nominated officer (MLRO) and a qualified UK solicitor or AML professional before adoption.
